There's always entertainment at Darlinghurst in Sydney

If you take a stroll eastwards from Hyde Park towards Paddington along the very famous Oxford street, which is Sydney's well known strip for clothing stores & fashion. You’ll come across Darlinghurst. It is a recognised as the heart of the Sydney gay and lesbian community and as such it proudly demonstrates it. There are various fetish shops, queer night clubs, fashion outlets, trendy cafes and pubs that are mainly populated with the locals. From Oxford street you can turn right to Darlinghurst Street or Victoria Street to walk through to Kings Cross.

Not far from The Harbour city Backpacker's and nor far from Darlinghurst, King's Cross is widely known to be Sydney's red-light district. Its considered to have a fantastic night life with its hotels, pubs & nightclubs open till all hours. On a weekend Kings Cross attracts toursits in droves due to it's lively nightclub atmosphere... Its a greant place in Sydney to grab a meal at one of the many pubs with friends and then look for local entertainment. Kings cross is also known for strip clubs, topless waitresses, adult bookstores and funky nightclubs however it also has a great blend of very trendy cafes & restuarants. There is always something to do in Kings Cross.
